Pria Bars

I have been reading that Pria bars are great substitutions for the LAWL bars. I just had my first one, the Chocolate Mint Crisp flavor and I must say, YUM! So good! I was looking at the ingredients and there are 7g of sugar and 8g of sugar alcohol. I was just wondering what the difference was between sugar and sugar alcohol?

sugar alcohol is metabolized differently by the body...its like artificial sweatner, wont add any calories! enjoy! the prias are atleast half the sugar of the LAWL bars and have tons of vitamins!!
