I'm almost 4 weeks into the program, and I feel like I need a little "boost". I was thinking about doing TO with the Knudsen's juice. I found some at my local supermarket. However, it seems that I read somewhere that you're supposed to add something to the juice. Is this true??? Or, do I just drink it as is?
Thanks for this as well from me...I picked up a couple of bottles when I saw them on sale and have been waiting to give them a whirl. Hopefully I'll get rolling on it this week sometime....just need to go get the benefiber.
