Baked Apple Snack
 

I just tried this out tonight - I was short a fruit so I whipped up this little ditty and it was delicious -- like apple pie without the crust. I counted it as
1f, 1c

Baked Apple Snack

Peel and slice 1 apple into a small microwave safe dish
spray with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray (5)
sprinkle with 1 pkt Splenda and cinnamon

Microwave for 3 1/2 minutes. Let cool for a minute or two then top with 1 Tbsp FF Cool Whip.

Yum!

Wendy, I do something similar but I just spray a pan with butter flavored Pam, slice my apple, sprinkle it with cinnamon and Splenda, fried apples without adding any fat. I was just tired of eating a plain apple so I gave it a try and loved it. Your idea sounds easier though, no standing over the pan LOL Thanks for the idea!

This sounds great will definately be giving it a try very soon. Thanks so much for sharing.
