I Just Joined A Gym And Was Wondering If Anyone Has A Workout Routine That Has Been Working For Them???
Im Not Sure What To Do Tredmil, Stairstepper, Bike Etc??
Any Help Or Ideas Would Be Appriciate

, but when I joined the YMCA here in Sunny St. Louis, they had a personal trainer program for 12 weeks and it was FREE to all new members. I met with the trainer 3 times a week, and he set me up with a great routine. I had major issues with the "free" daycare, so I don't go there anymore, but I really did love it. Congrats on getting your membership. I see 4 babies in your avatar.......YOU will enjoy this membership more than most
