Gold Plan - No lites
 

Does anyone know the breakdown for the Gold plan without lites?

Gold plan no lites is the purple plan!

Add a veggie and your protein sizes go up about 2oz ea.

Oh, ok...I was on the purple plan when I first started so I'll have to go home and look for the book.

Cassi, is it the purple w/lites minus the lites or is there a purple with no lites plan? Does that make sense?

If you don't use the lites, you "move up" a plan. So if you're on gold, which I have been told by my COD starts at 181, you would be on purple if you aren't doing the lites. I am on purple w/lites. If I didn't do the lites, at my weight, I would be on red. I was told by my COD that 224-181 was purple and 180 and down was gold, and that if there was a problem getting off those last few pounds at the bottom of gold, they would put me on green. (Please, God, no green!). I'm not sure what the top range of red is, but I know red1 is after red. I don't know what the red1 exchanges are, either. But this has been much more than you asked, right? I just figured you weren't the only one with that question. :)

Green? I have not heard that one ever. What is that one?

I saw it once--they said at 143 I'd go to green--as if! Anyway--I think it's one less veg and one less fruit than Gold--I'd starve to death.

They gave me a green menu tracker today because the purple ones hadn't arrived yet. There's not much to it....I'll be drawing circles in for sure!
