LAWL exercise video?
 

So I'm sitting on my bedroom floor rummaging for some Leslie Sansone or Billy Banks and I find an LA Weight Loss exercise video dated from 2002 (the first of many times I started the program). It's a 20 minute walking video with it's own latex powerband included.
I did not remember this at all and found it to be completely random so I thought I would share.

I got that same video when i joined this October....it seemed a little dated to me, (VHS vs DVD) but what the heck, why not?? LOL

I guess my COD stopped giving them out because I can honestly say I've never heard of them lol. Maybe I blocked that failed experience out, I wanna bring this to my WI tomorrow, it looks like a relic lol.

My wife and I got the "Turbo Jam" DVD's.. Pretty intense stuff.. The first time we used it, it just about killed us.. LOL... We honestly haven't used it much since, but it's in our "New Year" plan...

the problem with me is I don't stick to anything, I brought a Denise Austin video and she annoyed me so much that I think my middle finger got the most exercise lol.

the turbo jams one sounds great though, is it mostly cardio?
