Hello all. I recently started the GI diet. To give a little more info on my background I have never been much of a vegetable eater. Today, included in my lunch was a blob of cooked veggies. Which was majority of my plate. And I felt satisfied after my meal. However, about half an hour later, I was just about as hungry as a pig!! I stayed on track and ate healthy snacks, but this was just after my big lunch! Has anyone ever felt like this before?? I would surely appreciate any input. Thanks in advance.
