In 2007 I will:

1) Incorporate exercise as a part of my daily routine
2) Continue to aprpeciate my current loss on LAWL and enjoy a renewed
focus to get to goal
3) Continue to plan my journal a week at a time so I know exactly what I'm eating and shopping for
4) Get my home office cleaned and organized
5) Go for my first family portrait
6) Do more creative and fun things with my daughters
7)Take a family holiday with DH and the girls
8) Get in touch with friends and family from long ago
9) Get my home staging business started and successful!
10)Remember to tell everyone here how much I enjoy them!!

2007
 
My plan for 2007 is:
1. Play hard (I won't call it exercise)
2. Eat healthy and on plan by cooking more
3. Try to be a good friend, mother, and wife
4. Reduce worry by realizing that every day is a gift
5. Go to COD twice a week
6. Reach goal by my birthday (a really tough goal)
7. Get more involved with my church
8. Work on financial aspects so that I can retire in 8 years or less

2007 intentions

Continue to be committed to LAWL and my health
Continue to use my gym membership
sign up with a personal trainer
complete home office project, start new ones
Turn 40 in better shape than when I was 20 ( I have a whole year for this one... it's gonna take some work!)

2007 Intentions
- I will be POP til I hit my goal
- I will start using my treadmill or firminator 5 days a week
- I will start taking online clasess and finish my degree
- I will continue to be supportive to my family and friends
- I will quit smoking

- Stick to my LAWL plan.
- Get off my lazy behind and GO TO THE GYM.
- Limit my TV watching to 1 hour a night.
- GO TO CLASS and do my assignments. I'm already two years behind in college, it's time to get my act together.
- Try to be more of a positive person.
