156....holy crapola! Didn't expect it.
But I'm grinning from ear-to-ear!

I think the weekend are still too hard for me. I don't eat enough on the weekends because my day isn't so scheduled like it is during the week. I get up late, and I do so much stuff that i keep forgetting to eat or loose track of time.
But I ran on the treadmill yesterday, and didn't have any asthma issues this time. And Friday night, went to the club and danced my *** off until 3 am! And I was completely sober. I stayed away from any booze because I didn't want it to affect my diet. I drank water all night and still had a blast! What a workout too, because Saturday morning, my knees hurt so bad that I couldn't walk anywhere. I really messed them up. But Sunday, got up and moved around again.

How did everyone else's weekend go?

GREAT job sharper!! That is awesome!

Phyllis - 1.5 down isn't bad at all for only being home for a few days so far. Keep pushing the water and get back on track!

So far I am a STS this week. TOM is right around the corner, so I will be happy with STS come tomorrow morning. (Wed is my official WI day.) Work is INCREDIBLY stressful right now, so that is just one more thing for me to deal with. But I am doing well, staying OP during the weeks. Weekends are much harder, but I am doing better than I was even with them. I am hoping to hit the 10 lb down mark within the next two weeks, which would be 6 weeks total of this "try". I am feeling good and confident that I will keep going this time around!

Make every bite count!
