Well, it sure is HOT here!!! Heat index should bring us to about 110!:hot: But as someone on the news said - at least you don't have to shovel heat and humidity! :D

So with all the heat, it has been very easy to push my water. I was down 2 of the 5 lbs I gained from vacation this morning, so that is good. I brought lots of cold food to eat today while at work and a bottle of water. I am hoping to keep on track again today.

How is everyone else doing this week?

We had a huge downpour last night - 2.2" in an hour. It's only 80 degrees today. Nice!

We are suppossed to get rain late today to break this heat. I hope so, because it is absolutely oppressive out there! Gonna hit 100 again today plus dew points of 75 plus! That equals NASTY!!:(
