Weds., July 5

We had an absolute wonderful 4th and even saw some fireworks. Dinner, dancing, karaoke all casual and good fun. I didn't eat OP but didn't stuff myself and we did do some dancing. I almost had to tie my dh down in the chair he (after a couple drinks) wanted to get up and sing!!! Now this man can NOT sing.;)

So now it is back to serious OP eating and pushing the water so I can release a bit more for Mondays WI. And need to do my walking dvd as I have skipped that for a couple days....

Our 4th was nothing but rain. :mad: We only got to swim for maybe 30 minutes and that was it. I did okay eating wise, did have 2 margaritas. We took the kids out to a neighboring town to watch fireworks. They were cool. We're going down to the Stockyards today to look around. I'll check in later. Have a good day :hug:

Our 4th was pretty quiet. We did chores and went to Sam's Club, then fireworks in the evening. Food was OP, so that was good. Phyllis, if your husband sings anything like mine, take away the microphone! haha! :D

Today is going along just fine. I am VERY hungry today,but trying to stick to the plan. So far, so good. Need to push the water and need to walk tonight. These are things that are NOT optional - they MUST be done.
