I used to be a Lifetime Loser here on 3fc and I am in desperate need of a support group again.

Can I come back???

I have gained 10 pounds back from the 25 that I had lost. I need to lose 30. That is my goal.

I'd like to jump on the challenge if I can. Let me know.
