Well, I am happy to report, I did use my treadmill last night. I did 1 mile in 25 min and burned 190 calories (or so it said). Fitday said that I only burned 54 calories???? I don't understand....

I have every intention to use it again tonight. I really see no obstacles for achieving that.
Food today has been very good. I had whole wheat cinnamon taost and turkey sausage for breakfast. Fat free muffin and banana for snack, ham & cheese sandwich and fresh strawberries for lunch. My meals are not cruisedown plates, but I am watching calories and trying to get more protien in. And I am trying o go with the 3 hour timing as much as possible. I brought a 25 oz water bottle with me to work to get back on track with my water intake as well. I had about 35 oz before I left home, so I shoud be at 60 oz by 5:30. Then I know I will drink another 25 oz bottle before, during , after treadmill, so I am getting there.

Looking to make it 100 oz of water per day.
So I am trying to refocus and work towards my goals. I need to make it a habit to make the time for myself now that summer is here. Otherwise it will quickly pass and I will be no closer to goal.
Vicki - hang in there. I know how crazy it can be with kids. My son isn't old enough to progress into all stars for baseball, but I know in the next year or two I will be in your shoes. Just try to plan some healthy snacks to bring with you to eat in the car or at the games. Fresh fruit is very tasty right now!
