I'm still around although I haven't been posting much. For the first time in a month and a half, I'm busy at work. So I didn't get much time to come in here and post. Such a nice feeling I tell you. I felt so useless having not much to do for so long. This is much better!

I have to admit I've been hiding too! Fell off the wagon this week and having a bit of a hard time getting back to my routine! But I'm getting back on it. It's hard, but I have to do this. There is no way, I will allow myself to go back to where I was 2 years ago! I have worked too hard to get here without fighting back!

I think it is good to come in here and confess that we have fell off the wagon, because after all, this place is not only for when everything is going well, good for you Francine, you can do this ....:cp: :dancer: :high:

you are so right Francine...we ARE NOT going back to the past habits! I am not really following any diet but I weigh myself daily and watch that I don't gain. I am no where near where I want to be, but I don't have the insentive to work at it right now I just KNOW I will NOT go back to the way I was. That in itself is a positive behavior for me. I will get my butt in gear soon I hope and jump back into the game.

hi all. so excited my friends daughter works for jorge cruise so she sent her mother a book signed to me from him to give to me. oh i was so happy. said now got to really get with it. i have been doing it but never had book yet so doing it on hear say and all. so now i am so excited about it. loss last week and moving downnnnnn now. good luck to all of you.
