Water Question:

Is the sparkling water the same as regular water? I LOVE that stuff. it tastes kind of salty, is the sodium bad? I have replaced my soda with it and can just drink away.

BTW: it's on sale at albertsons $1 a quart.

Sodium isn't good for you, it will make you bloat and retain water. If you can drink 100% pure water that is best for you.

Any water that has sodium or sugar in them needs to be replaced with water that has none . I drink mostly regular water every day, on the occassion that I do want something like soda I drink seltzer water, a lot like sparkling water. I get the bubbles with out the sodium or sugar. Read the labels carefully. Some have sodium when others do not. I also like to add a lemon, lime, or orange to mine for a slightly different taste.

Not all sparkling water has sodium. I drink Talking Rain which has absolutely no fat, no sodium, no carbs... just water and carbonation and, if you choose, a bit of fruit essence. Love the stuff! I often mix about 1/4 cup fruit juice in a 16 oz bottle of it... especially good is Welch's grape! Yum!!

Talking Rain is made in Washington so not sure if they ship it down south to you in California. :) It's a local favorite around here. But if you check around you should be able to find some brand which does not have sodium!

Okay, I checked the sodium, I think it was 35 mg, so I found a carbonated water with nothing but the carbonation and water, no sodium, no flavors.... is it the same as drinking regular water??? Does it count the same?
