Wed funky weigh in
Well, after being sick with a cold and soar since Sat I am down 3 lbs :o. I believe it is only water weight since I haven't been working out, eating or drinking much. I have not been doing the plan since I am just not hungry and that is very unusual fpr me since all I have been doing is complaining about how hungry I am between my snacks and meals :). So I guess I won't move my ticker this week but I have to tell you how much I LOVE :D to go on the scale lately...he..he...I am feeling a little better today so I think I will try to get back to it. I hope you are all having a good day.

Move your ticker! You earned it the HARD way! Remember to take it easy with jumping back into your workout routine- no cardio until you're 100%.
