Ok I have done the air purifiers and I keep them running.

I met with her PED yesterday and just like I think Sharon told me her allergy results were just a *guide*, since she has no life threatening allergies, its going to just be a "lets test each food and see how she does" The other day she had shrimp and well lets say this NO MORE for her! It was awful. So we are going to just take it slowly and test each food, if she doesn't have a reaction then she can eat it. With the way the weather has been around here, its bad for allergy suffers so both the kids are having a hard time.

Thanks again for all your suggestions and ideas I am just going to have to take this one day at a time and each food/allergen at a time!

This must be extremely difficult for you as well as your daughter. It is hard enough trying to figure a healthy meal and then you have all these can, can't should, and maybe she can eat it to go along with it. This is from us to you.:grouphug: Be strong, be encouraged, this will workout somehow, someway.
