I was watching this french weight loss reality tv show and I really liked what one lady said. It really made a lot of sense to me!

She said: We do not control our weight! We only manage it!

It's so true!

You got it! If we could control it, we'd all wake up tomorrow looking like Halle Berry or something like that.
