I think you're right! I won't think about it as being back at Day 1 again. I'll think of it as a bump in the road on Day 11. I will eat well and exercise all week! The weight on that scale doesn't matter! It's the eating habits and exercise that do! So I'm picking myself up, and will continue to make my recomitment a success beyond the 21 days of setting good habits!
Sometimes, I have to remind myself, I'm not on a diet! It's a lifestyle!:cool:
