My gym has all these health and fitness magazines available and I read while on the treadmill -- makes the time go faster. Plus our trainers are always sharing articles with us along with helpful tips. Our gym is at work and it's a great benefit. The head trainer is also a certified dietician, so she has great information. The only problem is that she's into 100% organic and I'm not. Some of the stuff she eats, I wouldn't touch with an 80 foot pole!!!
