Line Dancing
 

I had a line dancing course last night for 1.5 hours. I never tought it would make me do so many steps. Before starting my course, I had a bit of 9000 steps for my day. When I came back home and took off my step counter, I had reached over 18 000 steps. I couldn't believe it!:carrot:

It's really fun! And it's great exercise.

I always wanted to do that but I honestly don't want to go by myself. Can't find a willing partner here...

Both my sister and sister in law come with me. It's fun and it's a great way to get some me time!

Pretty much the same reason I go to Tai Chi - guaranteed me-time - a scarce commodity...

I'd go with you Daisy - I love to dance!!! I am ready to take some latin dance classes (salsa, merengue, mambo, etc.) - but you definitely need a partner. DH is not so willing, so I said I guess I will have to find me some hot latino (Benjamin Bratt) type guy to dance with (hehe).
