This was my first week of recommitment and I did great. I recommited on Wednesday and since last Sunday's weight in, I am down 2 pounds. Yeah!!! I feel in control again, such a wonderful feeling. Ready for this new week! For those of you who have gain, don't give up. I know how you feel having gained many times in my journey. But often, when we overeat, it's not necessarily fat. It may be water retention, etc... Think about it! Did you trully eat 3500 calories extra to gain 1 pound? Perhaps not. Take it one day at a time and keep on smiling!

I am way up but I think my power weight lifting class messed me up. Even my hands are swollen this morning- and we did the class Thursday night! I've been walking in the meantime. Motion actually seems to help the muscle aches- strange quirk of fate!

I refuse to accept that I gained eight pounds OP in less than 48 hours! I swear, I have not jumped on this scale!

I am right there with you Laurie. TOM for me too is rapidly approaching! I gained 2# I am hoping it is water...and too much salt for me this week! My mini goal is to be back down 2# by weigh in next Sunday.

Morning ladies! My official WI isn't until tomorrow, but I was FINALLY below 250 this morning - down to 248.5 -- that would be 3.5 lbs so far this week.

I cut out a bunch of starchy carbs, upped the protein, and the weight came off. It's been 4 months going back and forth between 250 and 252.

Hi all! Don't let one bad weigh in affect you (please note: I WILL eventually need one of you to remind me: same at some point, LOL)

I am down one pound...

Well, I lost the 2 pounds I gained the past two weeks - yeah !!! I am doing much better with my eating - back to every 3 hours. That really makes a difference for me. Now, I need to get back to exercising. I still haven't bought a pedometer - my sister said I could borrow hers but I won't see her until Wednesday.

I'm watching the Super Bowl - go Steelers (even though they kicked the Bengal's butts)!! I can't believe Mick Jagger - he's what in his 60's?? Rocks pretty good for an old man (hehe)!! I should rock so good at 60!!

Is seeing Mick Jagger's belly considered a "wardrobe malfunction"?

I'm a little surprised they had the British Rolling Stones in Detroit, of all places! At least Aretha Franklin sang the national anthem.

Then again, I'm from the city that had Elton John, on his Yamaha-sponsored tour, play at the 100th Anniversary celebration for Harley-Davidson...

I really liked the Bud Clydesdales commercial with the baby pulling and the big horses pushing for him. I am really a sucker for cute!

Oh, I think the Clydesdales commercial was my favorite too....too cute.

I hated the Pizza Hut one with Jessica.....

Yes, my Steelers won......and my dh won the pool here at the condo about $200 so that made it really a very special day. Told him I could go shopping!!!! lol
