Very Frustrated
I just wanted to let you all know I am still here - gaining a pound a week - but still here:dizzy:
First of all, I have been trying since Saturday to type messages on different threads. Every single day, I have spent at least 15 minutes typing, only to hit submit button and then have the sign come up and say "server is busy, try again" - say what!!! I mean to tell you - this has happened every single day and I am so frustrated with this website. I feel totally disconnected and I have been trying to stay caught up, but it is hard to do when "server is overloaded":?: I know they are going to upgrade their server - hope it is soon. Anyhow, I have missed connecting with everyone and I am trying again to type this - let's see if it goes through:^: |
I understand, Teri - COMPLETELY!!! Perhaps it is my long term affiliation with those God-forsaken MSN groups that has made me get into the habit of selcting and copying every post I make before I hit send. This is something I now do routinely which has helped me here, THAT's for sure! The good news is that they are working on getting a new server hooked up - the website apparently has been experiencing a significant increase in traffic and the old server just can not handle it...
Hang in there Teri! DOn't give up - Just keep on trying to make healthy choices. As I have said before - you have a lot more on your plate than weight loss... Try to think of this as supporting your body's efforts to get well - Hugs to you - do not dispair! |
Just wanted to remind everyone that the change to the new server will happen this weekend starting at midnight on Friday night, you may not be able to get back on the site until sometime Saturday but once the move is complete you should not be experiencing the trouble you may be running into now. Hang tight, it will be over before you know it! ;)

Teri, I wondered what happened to you!!!! Hopefully all will be well by next week.
We will get the whip out ya know............lol Just take care of yourself, you have a lot going on. Phyllis |
Teri, hang in there. Remember, this is a journey for life and a permanent change in eating habits, not a destination. When you get to goal, you are not done and can just stop all you've learned.
Whether it takes you 2 weeks or 2 years, the results will be the same. You have so many outside factors influencing your body right now that it doesn't quite know what to do. Just keep on the program and eventually, you will see the results you want. Hope you are doing better. |
