Tea or coffee after dinner???
hi just a quick question :?: after your last meal is it Ok to drink any tea or coffee before going to bed? or are the rules NOTHING after your last meal ????
eg. if I had dinner at 9.00pm could I have a decaf coffee or tea at say 10.30pm thanks its going to take me a while to change my habits :dizzy: but I am going to do it ;) thanks for help |
I don't see why you can't have a decaf coffee later at night especially if it makes you feel satisfied. I often have an herbal tea with diet sugar and a little fat free milke and enjoy it a lot.

Yes, decaf is OK to have and you get a 50 calorie treat at night also.
If you drink a cup of regular coffee or tea you need to drink an extra glass of water for each cup with caffiene. Phyllis |
Fat Free Swiss Miss French Vanilla Hot Chocolate hits the calorie req's for the bedtime snack... just be sure you can have the sugar. Yum!

Yes, the coffee or tea is fine!

Neither - caffeine free diet Coke! :o
OK, just kidding. I don't drink coffee or tea. But I would think decaf as long as you aren't putting calories in it should be more than OK. |
I'm sure it's ok. Just make sure that you dont use any creamer and like splenda or equal.
