Welcome to our circle of cruisers!! As tradition goes, when you first join we use to have the tarring and feathering for our newest victims but now we just take turns asking you 5 questions and you come along and answer them so we can get to know you better. Some of the questions can be totally off the wall so watch out but they are really truely harmless.....well atleast most of them anyways!!!!!! So here goes!!!

1. Who was your child hood hero? This is the hardest. I think Jesus Christ. I had a fairly good childhood. Then my parents who seemed to have "no visible problems" suddenly divorced. It seemed like to me their lives were a "lie", a "waste", if you will. I quickly came to realize that "no one is perfect, not even your parents"...I learned young that the only constant and sure thing in my life was Jesus Christ.

2. Whats your favorite veggie?? Cabbage or celery...I love stir fry

3. Do you paint your toe or finger nails? Rarely, but when I do it chips almost immediately then stays on my fingers (chipped) way to long. I paint my toe nails more often (wearing sandals), but then I leave that on forever. Often just painting over the exisiting chips. For ex. right now there are flecks on my toe nails...left over from the warmer weather. Just a few. More than you wanted to know, huh?

4. At what age was your first kiss? 15, I only dated on other boy, beside my dh. Met dh (who was 23) the summer prior to my senior year. We married the summer after I graduated.

5. How many kids do you have??? 3 children, a daugher who is 14.5, a son who is 13.5, and a daugher who is 11.5. Just to shock everyone....DS was born two weeks late...and when I finally had him, he was born at home...suddenly, no labor pains, water just broke and there he was. That being said, oldest dd had only been about 1 hr of labor. Youngest dd was 1.5. I was so terrified ( I still have two babies...had just moved to a new state...knew very little people) that I would have the same quick labor. BUT God took care of it. The cord was around her neck, so even though my labor progressed that quickly she could not descend into birth canal, yet she was not in distress. Always...wanted more children, but the weight kept me from having more.

PS. You may regret asking me questions...As a stay at home mom, with very little daily adult interaction...I can be very long winded.....

All right. A bit of info from my part.

1. Who was your child hood hero?
Actually for me it was Anne of Green Gables. I wanted to be just like her. I used to go around my house when my parents were out, as if Marilla was showing me my new house. I loved to pretend I was Anne.

2. Whats your favorite veggie??
Steamed brocoli and carrots. Before starting Jorge's lifestyle, I rarely ate veggies. I didn't like it. Now, I crave veggies. It still amazes me today!

3. Do you paint your toe or finger nails?
Almost never! Just too much work for me! But I do like the idea to paint your nails when you're craving food at night! This way, you can't do it! Perhaps, I'll try it next time!

4. At what age was your first kiss?
Oh Oh! This must be the embarassing question. I was actually 18. A bit late but I did marry the guy I kissed!

5. How many kids do you have???
I have 2 beautiful daughters. Vicky turned 6 years old last sunday, and Cloé is 20 months old. They do drive me crazy some times but I wouldn't trade them for anything in the whole world!

Ok My turn................ no laughing please!!!!

1. My childhood hero was Marie Osmond, (probably had something to do with her brother Donny)

2. My favourite veggie is potato (that's probably the reason I am here!!)

3. Always paint toenails in summer - but fingernails rarely - can't stand chipped nails and mine always chip. Professional French Manicure is nice, but can rarely find the time!!!

4. My first kiss -was 15 and yeuck!!! it was horrible!!!!!

5. No kids, but my DH makes up for it, he sure acts like a child sometimes!!!

What kind of car do you drive? Does it represent you? If not, what kind of car would? a Dodge Grand Caravan, but I miss our 20 year old full size Chevy Conversion van with extended top that died 2 years ago. I loved the room. Yep, it represents our family well. My dd says it isn't as "dated" as our old conversion van....though our old van was in mint condition in and out...I miss the room, but not the gas bill.

Have you ever listened to one CD over and over again? If so, which one? Veggie Tales Christmas...it is one of our favorites. BUT then again I have had the same WOW Worship CD in my walkman that I have used on my treadmill for about 4 years now. So, I guess it is the winner.

If an entire state in America vanished, which one do you think would not likely be missed? the state of apathy. Afraid to say anything else, someone will be offended.

Are you prone to motion sickness? yes, but only on roller coasters, on the water, and when I look backwards in a moving vehicle

If you could have any piece of jewelry, what would it be? a watch, other than watches and earrings, I really don't wear jewelry. Not even my wedding ring. It irritates my skin. Neither dh, nor I have worn our rings for close to 10 years. He thinks he lost his. He was always taking it off when he worked around the house. I found it one day when cleaning and put it up.

What would you least like us to know about you? My weight...but hey, you already know that...so now it feels like nothing should be taboo!

If you were an animal, what would you be and why? A caterpiller...hopefully I soon be morphing into a "weight less" butterfly!!!!

What is the one item of clothing you wear most often? a bra....I am top heavy even with less weight. Just joking...I have a pair of black jeans that I wear all the time. Don't they make us loooook thinner. NOT!

Loving Mommy - You are being called on a foul! No WAY do you get to skip this question... it is the most important one!!! Silly Girl!

What is your best physical feature?

What kind of car do you drive? Does it represent you? If not, what kind of car would? I drive a Gold Nissan Quest. I'm a mom, so my minivan is a must with all those luggages needed on trips! Plenty of room to change my daughter's diaper in there without opening doors during winter. I love it!

Have you ever listened to one CD over and over again? If so, which one? It would probably be one from Shania Twain or even Billy Rae Cyrus when I was younger. Hacky Breaky Heart! Boy, I used to love that song just as well as Billy Rae himself.

If an entire state in America vanished, which one do you think would not likely be missed? They'd all be missed! I wouldn't wish this for anyone! If a state vanishes, so do the people!

Are you prone to motion sickness? No, but I do not what nausea feels like. After all, with both my daughters, I was nautious and vomitting for the whole 9 months. I can tell you, it took me a very long time to convince myself to have a second child.

What is your best physical feature? I'd have to say my neck. It looks good now! Especially considering I have no double chin anymore.

If you could have any piece of jewelry, what would it be? Actually, I finally go this one last year! A family ring with my girls birthstones and mine. My husband surprised me last year with it. I was so surprised and happy! I cherish it very much. My girls are everything to me! I'm a proud mommy!

What would you least like us to know about you? I have mood swings! I'm the type of person who can feel what others are feeling and my mood gradually shifts towards it. Example: If I'm with someone who's in a bad mood and I'm stuck with them, my mood gradually becomes the same! I can't help it. Very inconvenient since I'm generally a very happy person. If I can, usually, I will go somewhere else to not be affected by their moods!

If you were an animal, what would you be and why? I think I'd be a cat. They are so agile and so fast! So for now, I'll stick with trying to look like catwomen. LOL
