:sorry: :yikes: I'm up a pound!!! I know why, I so totally didn't eat like I was supposed to this weekend. Oh well, need to jump back on track!!!

How was everyone's weekend???

I stayed the same...cause I ate out all day yesterday...that will do it. Nice to know that I was probably down before yesterday. Will try to get back on track today...although I forgot my Lean Cuisene...so who knows what I will find here for lunch

Well we have a busy day, meeting some friends for breakfast and then heading to the mall to take something back then have to hit Best Buy to take something back then at 4:15 I have a doctors appt for my annual, then meeting mom for dinner. Which honesly I really dont' feel like going to dinner but I guess I will. Tomorrow Steven starts baseball tryouts for his school team, hopefully he will make the team!! He will have tryouts Tues/Wed/Thurs and the team will be announced on Monday so add in a few prayers for him to make the team! Thanks!!

I'm down 2 lbs from last week, but actually down .5 lbs from my starting point which either way is happy news to me. As usual, still trying to get a grip with the weekend eating. I get so off schedule on the weekends. Any tips on weekend control would be appreciated.

Weighed this morning and I am down 3lbs. :carrot: :carrot: I actually gained 1 lb last week from TOM so I am on track now.

Bren - the only thing that keeps me on target for the weekends is knowing that I will have to work extra hard all week long to make any progress toward my 10lb reward... and God only knows my feet need a pedicure in the WORST way... so I just say "Do it for your feet, Man"... LOL - I am very reward oriented... and I just don't like to work all that hard. To me, anything that would merit any kind of extra exercise is JUST not worth it.

Well, I STS too....just been a bad week all around.:(

For those of us on the challenge we still have until tomorrow for the goals, I only need to lose 1 lb. to meet my goal............:mad: I really have been bad on the water this week-end so I will try to get it all in today and see if that helps.

Going to exercise studio today and then hopefully finish cleaning out my clothes in a basket that are either too big or small .... it is sitting in the bottom of my closet and driving my dh crazy.

:mad: Grrrrrr.... I am UP 1/2 lb! :mad: It makes me SO mad and frustrated. I was down to 179 during the week, but I was up to 180.5 this AM. I exercised 3 times last week, hit the 100 oz plus of water at least 3 days of the week. Water was decent on the other days as well. My eating wasn't perfect, but it honestly wasn't bad either. This is where it gets REALLY hard to stick with it. I am trying like HE** and I am not losing! I will keep at it but I am seriously frustrated and had to vent!

Today I have TONS to do at work and then take Robert to therapy. I will walk on the treadmill while he is in the pool. Then I have to take Michelle to dance tonight. I am thinking soup for dinner tonight.

What does everyone else have going on? Laurie, sounds like you've got a busy week. Lynn, I hope you get some answers or at least direction with Donald today. Phyllis, you can come do my closet when your done with yours, okay???!!!!

Sharon -- don't quit now! You saw the scale lower so you HAVE lost the weight. It is probably just your body adjusting or something. Wait a few days and be good and I'll bet it will be down again!!!!! Now is NOT the time to quit. Hang in there!

Sounds like all of you are doing well.

I don't actually weigh in until tomorrow, but this morning I was a STS.

It's TOM even though this is a month where I skip it. I still get the fluid retention and the PMS symptoms even though I don't have the actual period.

Can I join you? I started 3 hr. diet last Monday. I lost 3 lbs as of this morning and am very happy about my loss. Do you only meet on Mondays in this group? Sheryl

Welcome Sheryl -- we are here every day posting. Some people weigh in on Mondays, some on Sundays, etc. So there are usually lots of different postings for each day.

I think at the top of the page, there is a sticky for Intros and bios - tell us about yourself please.

Sharon...Laurie had posted that talked about excersize, maybe you are retaining water from all your speed and inclined times on the treadmill (actually I am jealous, I can't go more than 3mph cause then my asthma kicks in.) At least that is a thought...

Okay - I am up to 77 oz of water so far today and I did 40 min on the life cycle. I am SO tired, I just didn't have the stamina/drive to do the treadmill, but at least I did get 40 min of exercise in!

It has been 10 weeks since my husbands accident and I think it is all finally catching up to me. I have been so incredibly tired since Saturday. :dizzy: I still don't have the luxury of slowing down, but boy oh boy do I want to. I think these games that the scale is playing with me is only adding to my exhaustion! :dunno: But it has been a good day so far today, so I will keep battling on! Thanks for your support!!

Hang in there Teri! Your on Tomoxifin, right? That stuff is brutual on your weight! Stay with the program to minimalize the damage. You CAN do this! :carrot:

I'll have to weigh in tomorrow. I seem the same although the jet lag has caused significant stomach bloat- both ways... I arrived in Vegas to discover that my new pants didn't fit all that well either! Congrats to all! Satying the same is still progress! You should have seen the desserts I passed by...
