  • What thread is that chicken pot pie in? I want to make it for this evening.
  • 2 cans (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
    2pkg. (about 9 ounces each) frozen mixed vegetables thawed
    2 cups cubed cooked chicken
    1/2 cup milk
    1 egg
    1 cup reduced fat all-purpose baking mix Bisquick



    Directions:



    Preheat oven to 400°F. In 2/12 qt casserole,mix soup, vegetables and chicken.

    Mix milk, egg and baking mix. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake 35 minutes or until golden.

    TIP: To thaw vegetables, microwave on HIGH 3 minutes.

    you can cut the soup to 1 can and the chicken to 1cup & veggies to 1 pk for smaller.....it makes a real thick crust and you would have to cut down the Bisquick.

    We like it so much the leftovers are fine for us.

  • Ok, I put it up there....this is not quite OP.....But so good especially on a cold day. Just watch the serving size you eat....
