March dropouts????
 

I was told today at my exercise center that most people that start a diet or exercise routine will drop out by March :?: .

So ladies lets not even think about giving up..we have a great group of women here now and an active group so keep up the posting and someone get ready to do a new challenge for Feb.....

We need to keep motivated.

Plus I'll keep going just to prove them wrong :devil:

Maybe we should do a Memorial Day challenge.

Memorial Day, isn't that dar away? When is it? That would be good as long as the Challenge isn't too long. My challenge already seems long and we are only half way through it. Although I am still trudging along with it. I need to focus.

By the way, I will still be here in March - no dropping out for me! :)

I feel like I'm hanging right now. I am leaving for Mexico in 2 weeks! :D And so busy trying get everything done. I am working on some projects to sell to pay for my trip but my 30th birthday is in April so NO QUITTING here! :carrot:

Hello fellow Aries ;) April 9th

I discovered that I have to work out to have a metabolism! Memorial Day isn't that far away and a bathing suit would be nice- even though my skin and I agreed many sunburns ago that I would not actually attempt to wear one in nature!
