Thats right Phyllis! It is me who does not lose a lot of weight but my inches are outragously wonderful!
I suggest measuring yourself. Around, bust, waist, hips, biceps, and calves. Chart them on a piece of paper and every 2-4 weeks take another measurement. I have lost 21.75" on this plan. From a size 16 to a size 10 jeans. And I am still going (hopefully) I am in a plateau right now. So CHIN UP and measure yourself. It's a wonderful feeling when you see inches melting away! |
I never trust that darn scale.
Ever. My trusty tapemeasure gets me through... |
I NEED to measure, especially since I am workingo ut more, but I can really tell when I start losing cause my feet and boobs are the first places I lose it all at! LOL!

I was feeling pretty miserable until I realized on the track today that I have gone to the gym four days in a row and that makes three already this week!
I"m just getting more strict with everything. No more exceptions! |
I haven't measured myself either. I will start today and do it every 2 weeks. I have noticed in my clothes a big difference. The difference is definitely bigger than what the scale is saying. The scales can be so ugly.
