How did it go at the emergency room today? What did the doctor say? Any stitches?

How is Donald feelng? Has he been able to get up today?

Emergency room was a breeze - no one in the waiting room when I got there! I was in and out in about 1 hr.

I had an infection - had to get intervenous antibiotics & have to take more for 10 days. No stitches - I had waited too long.

Donald is VERY happy to be home. His regular aid got him up and in his chair in the living room yesterday. Today we have a new aid. Not sure whether we will be able to get him up or not. Can't wait to get the electric lift.

Sorry about your paw, Lynn - glad to hear it will heal okay eventually though. Will you be getting your old aid back?
