Today I will do something just for me (I miss Tammy):

Even though I had planned to have 1 oz of potato chips today for lunch, they do not taste good after eating 2 or 3 chips, so I will throw the rest away in the trash.

They suggest printing them and cutting each quote into a long slip and then curling them,like you do with ribbons, and putting them in a jar, and you have your own "fortune cookies" minus the INFAMOUS cookies ;P

1. I want to feel more energized
2. I want to look better, skin hair, things that good nutrition brings
3. I want to be more flexible
4. I need to create a healthy life style so that it will be a habit as I continue to get older.That will be when I will be ever so glad I have a healthy life style.
5. I want to be proud of myself, not so much for losing the weight but for caring enough about myself to get healthy. I am worth it!

I will stop and think about my eating choices before I put anything in my mouth, think first, eat second

One Thing I love about my body:I love my lips and drinking water keeps them soft.

I am releasing this weight so that

1. I can have more energy to enjoy my life
2. I can feel attractive
3. I can flaunt my body in front of my DH and make him drool.
4. I do not feel ashamed of my over weight body
5. The confidence I gain can over flow into other areas of my life.(I want to try my hand at writing)

One thing I will do just for me today is spend my lunch hour shopping at Hallmark. I love buying cards and fun things plus walking around the store burns a few calories.

One thing I will do today to help me release the weight is finish my water and eat a vegetable at lunch and dinner.

I want to lose this weight so I can go for a hike this summer, climb St. Mary's Glacier, look better in shorts, buy smaller summer t-shirts, and get into my XL Woodstock tee.

Today I will remember what I am suppose to be doing for my weight and health and why. I am the only one who can change what I do to me and make my body better to live in.
