Twice in one weeK!?!?
 

Whats the deal here!!!! Today makes twice in one week that I have been stood up! What is going on?!? First the lady with that durn picnic table and now my heating and ac guy was suppose to come today, this morning matter of fact and its now 5:37 and he has YET to come or call!!! TWICE I have been stood up!!!?!?!?!? I just can't believe this!! UGH!!! :devil: :mad:

sorry to hear that. It must be the moon!!! but I work with a contractors all day long and I think of them as artists...not really reliable...wanting to work on their schedule, not yours.

I hope you give them an ear full when they finally stop by. Why do people do that. People that act like that have no consideration for others. That makes me so mad! They expect you to be at home all day, at their convience.

I would call, complain and ask them for a referral to another HVAC company. They will either apologize and make it right or know you are not hesitating to move on!

You should have let him catch you in your jammies!!!

Laurie, send them a bill for your time. You sat around all day when you could have been doing.....you name it - so your time is worth something, too!!!
