What to do what to do!

  • OK, time for my next meal and I am still full from my lunch!!! LOL! How in the world am I going to eat?!?!
  • Hmmm...

    Well - ya HAVE to eat. You KNOW that. Maybe you could delay a half hour? I don't know that a half hour matters terribly in the grand scheme of things... sometimes it makes a difference in how hungry I feel though...
  • Ok I am going to make myself eat atleast my protein and a veggie, I think this big ole tire I carry around my waist could stand to do without a few carbs here and there!

    Sugar free Jello.

    Fruit juice.

    Yogurt smoothie.

    Healthy Choice fudgecicle (anytime, man!)

    100 calorie fruit snacks.
