Can not eat it all......

I weighed myself this morning and I am not happy. I haven't moved, but today is not my day to weigh in so it could change tomorrow. I am supposed to weigh in for the challenge on Mon. I think I know what I did. I really wasn't measuring and making sure that I was eating all of the required foods. I was basically just eyeing everything and watching what I eat, every three hours. This morning, I ate oatmeal (carb) with flax oil (fat). I also had 12 grapes (fruit), 1 egg (protein), 6 oz milk (protein), and 1 ounce cheese (protein). Eating all of this just about killed me. I had a hard time doing it. That is a lot of food. I can fix this over the weekend, but not through the week. What do you all fix that is easy and quick for breakfast. I guess for the next couple of weeks, I will make sure that I measure and eat all.

I guessed I missed this in the book. I will have to go back again. Thanks, that will definitely help.

Just dont get in the hang of going to drive though, that can add extra calories for you.

Yeah - I wouldn't recommend that either. Just on principal - BUT it sure is nice to know that when I am at the beach I can eat when we stop... just a good thing to keep tucked away in your head. I like the wafffle options.

I ate waffles today, with a fruit and missed my egg. At least they were in the waffles.

This happened to me when I first started. Then I really started measuring my food and realized that my portions were to big. Eyeballing it in the begining didn't work for me. I can eyeball it more now because I have learned what the real portion looks like. Try measuring for a few days.

The Kashi whole wheat waffles are good, too.

I haven't seen those. Where do buy them at? Krogers? Wal-Mart?
