This was at 4:30pm so by night time I was litterly starving and I broke down and ate peanut butter and jelly sandwich and some chips. I have not eaten before bed for months so I was really worried it was going to make me go up today, especially Olive Garden food on top of that!
But here's the news..... I am down 4 pounds still! YEAH!!!! Maybe that salad thing worked!
PS - Still sore from Yoga on Friday. OUCH! But its a good ouch!

I am down 1 more lb this week. Excited about it and trying not to get frusterated that it 1 instead of 2. That seems to be consistant but I worked my butt off this week. But hey! I didn't sts or gain so I'll be happy with it
