What a surprise - I can get in here again! :cheer:
something must have changed "somewhere"... WOW... I feel excited about this, since I really missed being able to communicate here. I have been cutting out coffee the last couple of days, and I think it is making a difference to the ability to drop some weight.....
tomorrow will tell!

Wow, glad to see you back....missed your posts. I don't know if I could give up my morning coffee....I just started making mine with 1/2 decaf and hubby hasn't noticed the difference!!
