There was no thread for today - so I thought I should start one. And it is 9am my time which means it is around 10-12 you time (except Donna) so where is everyone today?

It is cold and gloomy here in the West and overcast. Everything is wet here too. Really did not want to work today. Oh well - I am working anyway.

SO far I am platued these past 2 days - which by all means am okay with. since its the lowest I've been. But I so wanted to see a decrease today.

I am finding that when I lose a lb. I seem to need to hold that for a few days before I move on the scales. Also, I will play with water everyday. So maybe your down a little and it just doesn't show yet. I need to keep down in the 180's for a few days now and level out then the scale will move down again....I hope!!!!

Have a Dr. appt. tomorrow to ck my cholestrol, I am hoping since I have lost about 5 lbs. since my last ck-up it will be down some. Keep your fingers crossed for me.

Sunny and HOT here but the evenings are getting really nice now.

Seems the group is dwindling again...I hate that! Oh well, hopefully we will get some new blood!

I am up again. GRRRRRR. Well, I think I won't be doing much but at least staying the same for the next week or two because of my little vacation. But, after that it is losing time again!!!!

Hi gang, well this is my first day following the diet to the letter. I have been going on and off and it needs to stop. I have half my water down and no extra snacking going on. Ok, I padlocked my fridge. LOL Just kidding but I am staying upstairs away from the food. We were going to try going to the gym but 2 of the kids are sick. That's when I wish I had something to do from home for cardio.

Dani-if you want to send some rain to AZ that would be great. It is still in the 100's here. By the way what is thing called "fall" you guys talk about. LOL It's just hot and hotter here. :0)
