Can you believe I have to wait a whole week for this book. My goodness i phoned every book store here and everyone said a week.

How much did you ladies pay for your book? Mine was $35.

Hi there As a fellow Canuck I can tell you from experience that it is cheaper to by on line. I got the 3 hr from Amazon,ca for 17.95 & the 8 min in the morning from ALIBRIS for 2.99

I paid $12.95 for mine at Costco's.

YIKES! $35? And it took a WEEK? I got mine at Barnes & Noble for $15 (I think!)

Mine was $14.00 at BJ's a buying club. You can start by drinking at least 64 oz. of water each day and eating every 3 hrs. The timing was the hardest for me. Hope this helps you get a head start.

Also there are sticky posts at the top with most of the info for this diet. Read those as well while you are waiting. My book was a birthday present from a fellow LLR. I know she got it online and it was about 20 or less.

Its going to cost her more since she is in Canada.

got my jorge cruize 3 hour diet on line on amazon for like 12.95 and i got the 8MM book at my book store for 12.95.

wow can't believe it cost that much and you have to wait a week
