shanna's food journal 9/19-9/24

  • 7 am = egg beaters (whites) scrambled with 1 ounce of feta cheese mixed in, 2 sliced of turkey bacon, 1 slice of wheat toast with 1/2 a tsp maybe less of margrin, 1/2 container of yogurt, small apple and 16 ounces of water

    10 am = 1 cup of grapes 16 ounces of water

    12: pm = 16 ounces water

    1 pm = smart one meal, side salad, 16 ounces water

    4 pm = 3 cups popcorn 16 ounces water

    7 pm = baked white fish with lemon juice, rice, broc, 16 ounce water

    10 pm = les than 1/2 cup of sugar free icecream or 1 cup popcorn (don't know yet) and 16 ounces of water.

  • 7 am = oatmeal, 2 turkey bacon, 1/2 container of yogurt and 16 ounces of water

    10 am = 3 cups popcorn and 16 ounces water

    1 pm = smart ones meal, side salad and 16 ounces water

    4 pm = 100 calorie snack 16 ounces of water

    7 pm = baked skinless chicken breast, brown rice, steamed veggies and a side salad and 16 ounces of water

    10 pm = jello and 16 ounces of water

    112 ounces total

    7 am = 2 lowfat kellogs waffles with 1 tbs sugar free/fat free syrup, yougurt, 4 ounces milk and 2 turkey bacon slices

    10 pm = no snack

    1 pm = salad with tuna fish on top ( fat free may mixed in with it) carrot sticks

    4 pm = skinny cow ice cream bar

    7 pm = baked fish, rice, broc, and side salad

    10 pm = no snack

    and my 112 ounces of water ( i wasn't feeling well yesterday so i didn't eat much)

    1 pm = tuna fish sandwich and side salad

    4 pm = skinny cow ice cream bar

    7 pm = chicken ( chicken slightly pounded, dipped in fat free ranch dressing, then rolled in a mixture of crushed cornflakes, onion powder, garlic powder, and white pepper) mashed potatos (with promise light butter and fat free sour cream and fresh chives) and broc. and side salad (no dressing)

    10 pm = jello

    and 112 ounces of water
