Good morning - thought I would start the post today!! I did get on the scale and I thought I would have lost a lot more weight, but only lost .5 lb. Bummer!! Here's what I think happened -- I made a mexican taco casserole last night for dinner with cheese fried rice. I just wanted something different, and my plan was to eat small amounts - WRONG. IT tasted to good I ended up eating more than my share and had the worst case of heartburn I've ever had. Two Pepcid AC's later I was still miserable. Learned a big lesson. Small portions - especially now!!! I imagine there was some salt involved, too.

Okay, how did everyone else do that didn't or forgot to weigh in on Sunday? Fess up now!!! I'm waiting!!

In one weekend, I gained back everything I lost and added an additional pound on for good measure.

It has really made me think about eating patterns and thought processes regarding food. Why is it that any variance from my normal routine causes me to think I can eat however I want? I need to break this pattern. I have thought this way for years, and it just doesn't work for me.

My first weigh in-----yipee :D

I am down 1 pound from where I weighed myself Sunday so I will take it....or will I leave it. Whatever the case I don't want it. Now I am off to try my new firm video.

I think I will push my WI until Tuesday --- LOL! I sts. I had a bad weekend. Ate too much and now I am up the 1.5 pounds I was down all last week. Terrible. Anyway...back on track.

Jeanette -- I totally relate to what you are saying. I really think it is the eating patterns that is the problem. We need to fix that! We need to get to the bottom of what is triggering us to get off and reward with food. Weekends are a big problem for me....I am still trying to figure it out...

Hi everyone this is the first weigh in I have ever done, I have started to change my eating habits but am Slacking in the exercise department, anyways i have ajusted my ticker for the weight i have lost right now i am getting ready to do some crunches and go on a walk Tommarrow I am going to go to the gym I am telling you guys this because if i tell someone I will have to go!!! otherwise(in my head) I will look like a faliure, ok i will check back tommarrow night to tell you i went to work out GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!
