NSV for ME!
 

Oh I am so proud of myself! I was in CVS pickig up some cold meds for Keilyn and I was craving those cadbury eggs SOOOO bad so I wondered down the candy aisle, thinking "hmmmmm oh that looks good, just one reece cup won't hurt me!" Well then I came to the Little Debbie snack cake aisle and ohhhhhh ohhhhhh that oatmeal creme cake looked SOOOOOOOOO devine. Just one won't hurt me. So I get to the register and start putting all my *stuff* on the counter to pay and I look down and guess what I did..............I changed my mind on the candy and cake because I knew better!!! I walked out of there cookie and candy FREE!!!!!!!!!!!

lauri i'm soooooo proud of you, i'm like that i think twice now before even thinking about buying that.

i have a picture of a hippo on my fridge and i put in a bubble thing (in photo shop) of it saying "think do you really want to eat that" and i have my scale near the fridge too. it's helped me out alot

Okay Laurie - I BAKED cookies myself and then ate some and some dough! I sent the rest with DH AND DS today! But now the scale says I'm up 1 pound. GRRRRR!

I used to keep my scale by my fridge too- moved it into the master bath room after my kids wouldnt leave it alone. UGH! Oh well.
