My Nsv!!!!!

I have lost another inch on my waist! It feels awesome!

I went from 38.4 all the way to 34 inch waist! Thats alot I think.

And my total inches lost up to date is: 12 INCHES!!!

And my Body fat is from 40% down to 32.1 %

I am so happy things seem to be clicking with my once stuck metabolism!!!!!

My scale does it, also the program I use on my computer measures it up and and gives a body fat% for wieght and measurements. I really enjoy that feature because I think my scale is high because it doesn't have the measurements. So I usually go with the program. Its a free download from the internet.
