Why don't you just take a break from dieting for a bit....just try not to eat too many fattening things and you will probably STS.

We don't want you to leave us, so keep on posting even if your not on the diet. You have a lot on your plate right now and one less thing to worry about might help ease you situation.

But I know you will be back on JC soon, we all need to get healthier and lose at least a few of those lbs. So get back on the diet when your ready but I love your posts and encouragement, as I have only lost 3 lbs I do understand the frustration.

Aw, thanks Lynn, that's why we love you..you are so thoughtful! Lots going on..I wont bore you with most of it..but I go in tom. for a job interview and testing..I have not had an "official" job interview since I was a teenager! Every job I've had I've gotten bcause they've known me or about me or I started the business(floral) myself..so needless to say Im nervous about it..its a work at home part time job for a medical lab reporting company. We will see? Kids are back to school and I have NOT been exercising or dieting either one!! SO OFF TRACK!! Gotta get some routine in my life! Good to see everyone still posting! How is Donald doing? And Karen? Hope you can get some "me" time and get away from your routines....been thinking of you! :)
