Go hunt down all those LLERs who have slowly dwindled away! We need to real them back in and get them back where they BELONG!! So everyone do what you have to, to get Dory, Sharon, Becky (the occassional poster! :D ), Becca, That business woman Nikki, Lille, Allison, Barbara and Mary.

Cal, email, YIM, send them a cute notel them if you have to to see how they are doing and give them that extra *umph* they need to get back OP!!

Our *goal* this week by Sunday is to get each of these people above to check in here and post atleast ONCE by Sunday!!! Got it? GOOD!! :lol: ;)

So sorry I have been MIA! I am in full speed ahead Summer mode and I do not have 2 seconds some days (weeks?) to get on the computer. Staying OP as best as I can, back down to the weight I was 2 weeks ago (had gained 2 lbs back :?: ) so that is good. STILL not excercising.

MISS YOU GUYS! I WILL CHECK IN AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE but it will probably be hit & miss until school starts.

I think Karen checked in as well...

This is crazy, but I come and read the post and I just don't post.

I came back from Alaska almost a week ago and I have not gotten back OP. Makes me feel bad about myself. Well hopefully I will be back OP again soon and posting.

Oh come on Lillie, this is the time that you REALLY need to reach out to us so we can help you get back OP and give you the support you are in need of. Don't give up just because you are back from vacation. Come here and post with us and lets get you going again! We have missed you!

Is this a JC group? I was on JC all last year, although I had to go off it for the summer, but am restarting in August, and I am sooo excited to get back on track!!! I have been trying hard to maintain the weight I lost but it hasn't been easy and a few pounds climbed back on.

True on the excercise, but you see I am doing an experiment to see what I have to do to MAINTAIN my weight loss - since I have STS for the last 3 weeks or so, with no effort one way or the other, I think that is GREAT! What do you all think? ;) :lol:

OK I talked to Mary/Mably on AIM and she is still OP but just doesn't post. She is down 30 lbs! WTG Mary!! She is having some medical issues so thats why she hasn't been around. Everyone keep her in your thoughts and prayers and she may pop in here once in awhile!

whew!!! I'm here..just been catchin myself comin and a goin...not home much to get online..taking boys school clothes/shoe shopping...boy is THAT fun..NOT!!! I think they would just as soon wear rags as to go shopping!!! Anyway, Im back to exercising and watching what I eat...well NOT as good on the second part as you all know!! But, I will weigh in Sunday and see what happens!! OK, I've posted, Laurie LOL..now gotta go read some other posts!

Uh, Dory???? Yes, you do need to post more often - what's wrong with you - get up at 4 am if you have to :sp: - just kiddin with ya!!! We miss you and your sense of humor :).

Lillie - you must, must, must check in from time to time, whether you are doing the plan or not. It will help you to get and stay motivated if you can come on here and see you are not the only one struggling. We wondered if you got swallowed by a bear in Alaska :yikes:!! Some of us are worriers you know :stress:!!
