Default Its Sunday again!!

Rise and Shine everyone!!! Today is the beginning of a brand new day and week! Lets wipe off those scales and get moving!! We seemed to have all gotten so busy lately but remember what Jorge always says, put YOU first and then worry about everyone else!! Come on ladies, lets get going again and become happier healthier Lifetime Losers!!!

1. Name one thing did last week that hendered you from losing the 2 lbs?

2. Name two things you are going to do THIS week to make sure that doesn't happen again!!

3. Name one thing WE as your fellow LLEr's can do to help you not do #1 again!!!

4. Go to the bathroom, look in the mirror and tell yourself "I CAN DO THIS, I AM WORTH IT AND I AM GOING TO HAVE A FABULOUSLY OP DAY!!!


Come on ladies, lets get to losing!!!!

NOT ABLE TO EXERCISE AND EATING SOME COMFORT FOODS

2. Name two things you are going to do THIS week to make sure that doesn't happen again!!

STAY TOTALLY ON PLAN AND UP MY WATER

3. Name one thing WE as your fellow LLEr's can do to help you not do #1 again!!!

YOU CAN EDIT MY FOOD JOURNAL AND HELP ME STAY OP

4. Go to the bathroom, look in the mirror and tell yourself "I CAN DO THIS, I AM WORTH IT AND I AM GOING TO HAVE A FABULOUSLY OP DAY!!!

I didn't stick to my exercise goal, and I lost focus at the end of the week

2. Name two things you are going to do THIS week to make sure that doesn't happen again!!

Run from the whip lady! Then I'll get my exercise! I learned I can't weigh in on hump day! I have to keep away form the scale b/c if I'm doing good then I slack the rest of the week!

3. Name one thing WE as your fellow LLEr's can do to help you not do #1 again!!!

Just keep being there for support and motivation!
