I didn't stick to my exercise goal, and I lost focus at the end of the week
2. Name two things you are going to do THIS week to make sure that doesn't happen again!!
Run from the whip lady! Then I'll get my exercise!
I learned I can't weigh in on hump day! I have to keep away form the scale b/c if I'm doing good then I slack the rest of the week!
3. Name one thing WE as your fellow LLEr's can do to help you not do #1 again!!!
Just keep being there for support and motivation!
4. Go to the bathroom, look in the mirror and tell yourself "I CAN DO THIS, I AM WORTH IT AND I AM GOING TO HAVE A FABULOUSLY OP DAY!!!
