Let's help Julianna...........

  • Br, 3/4 cup of all bran cereal, 2 cup os milk, 1 apple, and 6 almonds. First tell me how many calories does the All Bran and the milk have? All 1 small apple with skin has 67 calories, what size was yours? Your almonds I THINK have roughly 40 calories from what I can estimate. So tell me the other calories and we will go from there

    snack: 1 slice of whole wheat bread with 2 teaspoon of pb. HOw many calories does your bread have? You need to try and get a whole wheat LITE bread where you can have 2 slices for 80 calories and then check hte calories for your PB and let me now

    Lunch: 1 sl bread, with 3oz extra lean ham, and 1 margarin, and a big bowl of salad, with fat free salad dressing (upps, salad dressing where extra)

    snack: same old stuff with the bread and the pb + I got some chips like a handful.. my son had it, and I couldn't say not to temptation

    Dinner will be: 3 oz grill chicken, with 1 sl of whole wheat bread, and a big bowl of salad, with dressing.

    OK so this was your meal yesterday and she just emailed me and cant get her calories right so lets check her meal out and see what we can do to help her. She is staying hungry too, which we know can lead to binging so let me see what I think and if anyone else has thoughs and or idea's please let us know. I need to know the calories from your food you are eating to try and figure out which way to go.
  • My peanut butter has 95 calories in 1 tablespoon (not sure how that would then break down into a teaspoon).

    Yesterday I was really hungry so what I did (which helped somewhat) is that I ate 1/2 of a plain cucumber with a bit of salt on it. It satisfied my craving for crunchyness and I like cucumber so it tasted good too. You can try that.

    Also, to help fill you up I think you can have the freebies - so maybe a cup of veggies to help fight the hunger??? What do you all think? Oh yeah, then down a cup of water after the veggies and it will help fill you up.

    Also, I am noticing is then when I go for my walk (which is at the same time I start getting hungry) then it helps me to not eat. When I am walking I can't eat and then when I get home I drink tons of water so that also fills me up until my dinner. Does this make sense??

    So Here it goes:
    All bran cereal is 110cal /cup. Milk? I'm not so sure, My whole wheat bread is 80cal per slice, and if I'm lucky I can get a ride from my husband to lablaws and I can get ww bread. IF not, then only the good old 100% whole wheat left.
    Pb. mine is 100cal per tb spoon.
    Apple, its only a medium sized not a big or huge one.
    3oz extra lean ham is 100g is 100cal= aprox 3oz
    well i'm trying to eat chicken breast that should be good.

    I would walk Anita, but it's so hot and humid in here, that I couldn't do that. with my weight I hardly can walk if it's so humid and hot. But I use to do that. When the wether is good, every time when I'm hungry I went for a walk, which is somehow suppressed my hunger. But in this wether i cant.
    I'm trying to drink as much water as possible. most of the time i'm ok, but not great.
    I usualy drinks 8 bottle of water, 500ml ones, wich is 16oz in one bottle=128oz in 8 bottle, but I should drink about 10 or more because of my weight and the wether.
    so what do you think?
