For those of you who are calorie counting too

  • Each MEAL should consist of the following calorie breakdown or close to it:

    50 calories veg/fruit
    45 calories fat
    225 calories for protein
    80 calories for carbs

    Not everyone is at this point in the plan and if your not that is fine, just do the cruise down plate or what ever you feel is more *doable* for you.

    Laurie darling, this is the one i found strange. 50+45+225+80=305cal. This is not 400cal what we been told to eat for br , lunch and dinner.

  • Where did you get that from? You need 50 veggie, 45 fat, 225 protein and 80 carbs and when I calculate it, it comes up to 400
