Okay the sites for logging measurments....

I found 2 sites that are okay. Then I found something sooo COOL!

the 2 sites are strengthnow.com and mybodycomp.com

I will use both and figure out which one I like better.
These ARE FREE SITES! Do not sign up for memberships, that would just make you pay for forums again.

The thingI found that was sooo cool was a free 15 day trial period for....
weightbydate.com

Its a software for your computer, you'd NEVER have o be online to use it. Its a calandar of all the days, it logs weight per day, or week, all measurements, place for journal, place for Goal wieght, Lbs lost, lbs left, days left. includes Calendar, Journal, Planner, Charts, tools, and several web links on nutrition and health. Also A place to put recipes and exercises, find food. Show calories of the foods.

Then a total week loss and a monthly loss.
Sounds like a lot but it's very easy on the eyes and user friendly.

the trial period will end in about 2 weeks. I only found it today. So far I love it. What I am thinking is we can all pitch in 2-4 bucks for it. I will burn several copies of it and whoever pitched in I will send them a copy of the program. You can also do the free trial see what you think and if you like it then let me know.

I think its cool and if no one wants it I am still going to get it when my free trial ends. So any takers??? If you want a copy PM me or YIM me and we'll get a head count and divide it up accordingly. I am so excited!!!!

Also it has a feature like JC had where you can select the food you are eating and it puts it in a log for you of what you ate and how many cals/protien/fat/carbs. And you can make your own meal plans to select just like we did on JC. Instead of paying a subscription we would all own it. Also, it let me customize my screen with pink, green, blue, yellow, or lavendar accents.

I urge you all to go check out a free trial of this program and let me know what you all think.

I also just learned that with my height of 62 inches (5'1") that to lose caloric I need to go no higher than 2,068 and no lower than 1,532. It says if I go lower than 1,532 then my body will start to gain. It has several cool calculators in it!

Julianna

dani4beauty 07-14-2005 01:25 PM

No Julianna it doesn't. But this calculator is for "general" diet plans. I just have to fit mine in. Which
it does so it works out.

dani4beauty 07-14-2005 01:26 PM

I also didn't know HOW low cal count could go befrore I started to gain. NowI do.

I looked at it and registered but there's no place to put in measurements of Hips, thisghs, chest, etc....

Did you find a place on that site to do that? If so that would be pretty cool!
