Do you have the book: The 3 Hour Diet?
I was noticing your meals for today, make sure you are getting in your 3 oz's of protein per meal, your veggie or fruit, your carbs and fat. A preferred fat is the 4 flax caps that Jorge reccomends.
Try and keep the calories as such on eat meal: veggie or fruit: 50 calories, 45 calories for fat, 225 calories for protein and 80 calories for carbs.
That is what Jorge suggests.
Also make sure you are having a fat with each meal, in the book it breaks down what fats are best and he reccomends Flax oil as your preferred fat.

I know its no excuse
I'm going tomorrow to get a food scale cause I think I am WAY underestimating my protein. I feel like I'm eating way to much! Gotta get over that! I do have the book, I just got it so I'm still reading it but I guess I need to skip to the menu planning part, because I'd been doing it at JC but I've been seriously slacking on that this week. The challenge couldn't have come at a better time for me! Really looking forward to it. I'll keep posting my menu so if I need it, kick me in the butt. You are such an inspiration!
