Hi all. My name is Jessica & I live in upstate NY. Mother of one and I'm getting married next June. I'm so glad I found this site! I started trying to lose weight 2 weeks ago and have lost 12 lbs so far. I do have an 'aid' though..I've been taking phentermine and it's been great, although NOT for everyone. My dr. told me to try it for a month because I exercised and tried every diet in the book and I never lost anything. So far so good though. No racing heart and pretty much no side effects other than dry mouth, which makes me drink TONS of water, which ain't all bad huh?

Welcome. Can that medicine be taken until you're done losing? I could never take them because of health problem but have learned a few natural things that help.

Hi! Yes, it can be taken until I'm done losing. It's been wonderful for me but of course, it's not for everyone. This is my first time taking it and the rsults have been great! I take a half a pill everyday but I know people that only take it when their cravings are a bit out of control.
